Samantha Green | 3D Type | Mood Board and Sketches

For my project I want to hammer nails into a wood board, I would like to spell out "Nailed It", a term used when you complete a task perfectly. I want to use a thick slab serif. I have not decided yet if I will be nailing in the words or nailing in all the negative space. I hand drew some ways I would like to write the words and a font I like for the project. I would also like to play around with bending the nails to create texture. Some typefaces I like are Alpha Slab, Bevan and Legion Slab. I want to nail into a light color slab of wood.
